The Quantum Club is an invitation-only members club; confidentiality is not a feature, it is the premise. This notice explains what thequantumclub.com collects, why, and how you stay in control. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
When you use ClubAI (the concierge chat), we store the questions you type and the answers given, so we can improve the Club. We do not store your IP address in the clear — only a salted, irreversible hash used to prevent abuse. When you submit an application or a partner enquiry, we store what you provide (such as your name, email, and company) to follow up.
Please don't share sensitive personal details in the chat — it is a concierge, not a secure intake form. A dedicated strategist will handle anything confidential privately.
Why we may contact you
If you give us your email through ClubAI or a form, we may contact you about membership, a mandate, or your enquiry — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding. You can opt out at any time.

How long we keep it
ClubAI conversation records are retained for up to 180 days, then deleted. Applications and partner enquiries are kept only as long as needed to serve you, or as the law requires.
Your rights — access, correction, deletion
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to experience@thequantumclub.com and we will action your request. We are based in Amsterdam and handle data in line with the GDPR.
