- We're not a job board or a volume agency. The Quantum Club is an invite-only members club for executive talent and the companies that hire them — pairing discreet, human curation with our own operating system. Every introduction is hand-made, off-market, and built for fit, not reach.

- Exclusivity is how we protect quality on both sides. By curating who enters — candidates and companies alike — we keep the circle small, the standards high, and every match meaningful. Access is earned, never advertised.
- What does the process look like?
- Discreet and fast. We learn your ambition, curate a precise shortlist (or the right opportunity), and orchestrate the introduction end-to-end — typically launching a search in minutes, not weeks, with white-glove support throughout.
- Do candidates pay you?
- Never. Candidates are never charged — membership and introductions are always complimentary for talent. The companies we partner with pay us, not you.
- Will my interest be kept private?
- Always. Discretion is the product. Your interest is reviewed privately and never shared with anyone — including your current employer — without your explicit consent.
- What if I'm not selected?
- An invitation is selective, not final. If the timing or fit isn't right today, you remain on our radar — many members are introduced when the right mandate appears.
- What caliber of candidates do you access?
- Operators, leaders and specialists who've proven themselves at the world's most influential organizations — many of whom are never publicly looking. We reach the people the open market can't.
- What's your commercial model?
- Transparent and risk-aligned. Talent is always free. For partners it's a 20–25% success fee on a hire, No Cure, No Pay — you invest only once a placement proves exceptional, with no retainer or upfront cost. Engagements flex from a complimentary trial to invite-only Elite Partnership.
- How does the 60-day guarantee work?
- If a placement doesn't hold within 60 days, the full success fee is returned to you as credit toward the replacement search — so a mis-hire never costs you twice. We carry the risk, not you.
